About Deck Builder Tampa
A deck-only builder based in St. Petersburg, serving Tampa Bay.
Deck Builder Tampa does one thing: decks. New composite and wood decks, replacements, repairs, railings, stairs and pergolas across Tampa Bay.
How we build
Most bad decks fail underneath, in the footings and framing nobody looks at once the boards are down. So that's where we're strictest. Concrete footings for every post. Posts held off the ground. Pressure-treated framing at 12 inches on center under composite. Hardware sized for Florida wind and chosen for salt air when you're near the water. A picture-frame border and fascia so the edges look finished.
How we work with you
- One written price: Materials, labor and every add-on listed separately, so you can choose what to include.
- Clear payments: 50% to start, 30% when framing is done, 20% after the final walk-through.
- Permits handled: We draw the plan, pull the permit and meet the inspector.
- Clean job site: We haul off all waste when we finish.
